On Januauy 28, 1986, the Ministry of Education, upon completion of all the relevant revisions after the trial use period, formally announced the following, whicincludes the Table of comparison of MPSⅠ and MPS Ⅱand a set of twelve rules for the use of MPS Ⅱ for the reference of all local and oversea users.
